• 17th January 2025 - Poster set up at the UBIC (Everyone should attend)

• 17th January 2025 - The entire venue should be set up in preparation for 21-24 January. 

• Volunteers are strongly encouraged to join the private dinners with the German participants from January 21-24. If you join and submit your receipt to the ETLTC office or Prof. Debopriyo Roy (Univ. of Aizu), you will be reimbursed.
