Please contact us if you need an official invitation letter to attend ETLTC. We will issue you one after the registration is confirmed. 

For every participant who intends to attend on-site, the following information will be required to be submitted. 

• Full Name as in passport

• Passport Number

• Male / Female

• Date of Birth

• Date of Intended Arrival in Japan

• Date of Intended Departure from Japan

• Affiliation and position. 

In order for the official visa invitation letter to be issued to someone from outside the university system, please submit the following documents: 

• Photocopy of the Company ID - Detailed affiliation copy

• Copy of the company/organization registration with seal

• A formal official letter explaining the purpose of attending ETLTC-ICETM on company letterhead signed and sealed by relevant authorities. 

• Scanned copy of the passport(s) for the visa applicant

• Correspondence with the conference organizers from a company email address, and not any generic email such as Gmail, Hotmail, etc. 

• Details of confirmed hotel reservation in Aizuwakamatsu (reservation copy made from travel agency such as Expedia, Agoda, etc. required)

• Proof of completed registration in EDAS (industry registration to be opened on request by conference chair)
