19:00: From Campus to Washington Hotel

20th January:

9:00 AM: From Washington Hotel to Campus (2 rounds)

19:50: From Campus to Washington Hotel (2 rounds)

21st January:

9:00 AM: From Washington Hotel to Campus (2 rounds)

19:50: From Campus to Washington Hotel (2 rounds)

23rd January:

9:00 AM: From Washington Hotel to Campus (2 rounds)

20:00: From Campus to Washington Hotel (Round 1) & From Campus to Raghupati Indian Restaurant (Round 2)

The bus will leave exactly at the time mentioned. If you are late, please arrange your commute to the venue. 

Please note that interim transport to the Aizuwakamatsu hotel area or any other location could not be arranged by conference organizers.
